Vollyo provides a platform for organizing and participating in volleyball games. You agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

Game registration costs are set by game organizers. In-app payments will be processed through our payment system. Refund policies are determined by individual game organizers. If a game is cancelled by the organizer, refunds will be processed automatically.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Vollyo are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vollyo acts as a platform connecting players and organizers. We are not responsible for the conduct of users, the quality of games, or any injuries that may occur during the games. Participation in games is at your own risk.

7. Privacy

Your use of Vollyo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
