1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Vollyo, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Use of Service

Vollyo provides a platform for organising and participating in volleyball games. You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account or a game
• Respect other users and maintain appropriate conduct at all times
• Not misuse, abuse, or attempt to circumvent the platform — including automated scraping, spamming, or attempting to bypass rate limits
• Not create games or events with the intent to mislead or defraud other users

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may sign in using email and password or via Google OAuth. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments and Refunds

Game registration costs are set by individual game organisers to cover court rental and associated costs. Currently, all payments are made in person between participants and the organiser on the day of the game. Vollyo does not process payments and is not responsible for disputes arising from payment arrangements between users.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Vollyo are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vollyo acts as a platform connecting players and organisers. We are not responsible for the conduct of users, the quality or safety of games, or any injuries that may occur during participation. Attendance at games listed on Vollyo is entirely at your own risk. We strongly encourage all participants to ensure games are held in safe conditions.

7. Privacy

Your use of Vollyo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
